What will the pickup experience be like?
When you arrive at your pickup location, present a copy of your receipt to Security. Security will direct you to the pickup line. Please stay inside your vehicle and have your order number ready. A representative will take your information and load your items into the back of your vehicle.
Full Pickup Protocol
Customer to arrive at 16691 Hale Avenue gate and inform security they are here for their scheduled pick up time of product from “Sysco Truck Sales” and present a copy of their receipt with their order number. Security will direct the customer towards the pick up line and remain in their vehicle. Once they reach the front of the line a Sysco Delivery Associate will validate the customers order number and receipt and place the product in the back of the customers vehicle
Are these items available to the general public?
Yes, this sale is for the general public. When you purchase an item and add it to your cart, you will have the ability to select a time slot for picking up your items.
The Customer agrees to transport the products on this receipt (“Product”) in an environment and in a manner that provides adequate safety conditions and temperature protection for Product and to comply with any applicable law or regulation during transportation. The Customer releases Sysco from all claims related to the transportation of Product to Product’s destination, and in doing so, the Customer accepts and assumes full responsibility for the integrity of Product. Product obtained at this location is not eligible for return. Any product not picked up will be donated.
